Scrubber for air pollution control is industrial gas scrubber which is slowly rotary running with 2-4RPH,it's one of regenerative VOCs scrubber to most of industry air pollution like as ethylene,ammonia.

Scrubber for air pollution control is one large rotary concentrator wheel which widely apply in paint industry, chemical industry,rotogravure printing, coating and plastic industry to capture the gas of VOCs volatile organic compounds,so in fact they are one of industrial gas scrubber,reactive and regenerative absorber scrubber.

This rotary running scrubber can handle the air volume up to 120000CMH when the wheel size is around 4250mm by 400mm, air velocity in adsorption zone is generally 2~4 m/s, and in the desorption zone,the velocity is 1~5m/s.

Nowadays,in most of air pollution control device,rotary scrubber wheel of zeolite molecular sieve honeycomb rotors are the important and recommended scrubber, especially in the factories and industries air pollution control VOCs abatement project.

Zeolite rotors is one of reactive scrubber for air pollution control device, which integrates three operating units of adsorption scrubbing, desorption, concentration and incineration. They are mostly suitable for the project with large air volume of 10000Nm3/h to 120000Nm3/h and the VOCs hydrocarbon concentration with 500ppm to 1000ppm. If the pollution air VOCs concentration is too high, then directly catalytic oxidizer or thermal oxidizer with convenient.
