Heat Recovery Wheel in AHU

We are from the manufacturer of air to air heat recovery wheel in AHU with 15 years in Foshan China. Our heat recovery wheels are made with honeycomb nest aluminum film or cellular stainless steel film. They are widely used in AHU system to reduce the energy waste.

Heat recovery wheel in AHU or energy recovery wheel, they are divided into two parts of fresh air and exhaust air. The fresh air and exhaust air alternately pass the wheel in opposite directions. There is a temperature difference and humidity difference between the fresh air and exhaust air. The honeycomb nest continuously absorbs heat and moisture on the high temperature and high humidity side, and releases it on the low temperature and low humidity side. Our CESE Heat Recovery Wheel in AHU is composited with ECE to effectively absorb moisture from the air to do EVA energy recovery ventilation. They are not only for sensible heat exchange but also for latent heat exchange.

By rotating work of the heat recovery wheel in ahu, in summer, the fresh air can be pre-cooled and pre-dehumidified, and in winter, the fresh air can be preheated and pre-humidified. Its recovery efficiency can reach more than 75%. Therefore, the cooling and heating load and power consumption are reduced in AHU system or boiler running.

The wheels core body is made by mechanical assembly line, integrated winding. Rectification measures ensure the center gravity is vertical, vertical deviation within 2mm in rotary working process. The honeycomb holes are very uniform, ensuring stable airflow pass through the wheels. 1.7mm wave height enlarge the heat exchange area and efficiency improved.
