We are the right manufacture of plastic hopper dryer in China with 15 years. To have the super desiccant air in plastic production, the hopper dryer is made with honeycomb cellular glass fiber and the molecular sieve as drying medium.
With different plastic process capacity, the dryer size can be customized with different size in diameter and the height.
The quality and the grades of raw material for the plastic production, they will affect the service life to the hopper dryer. Generally, the dryer service life is around 5-8 years. But, if the plastic raw material property with strong corrosive, the dryer service life maybe only with around 3 years. So,our desiccant wheels, the hopper dryers are the right replacement unit for many plastic drying equipment.
Hopper dryer slowly rotary in the motor driving with 8-12 revolutions per hour and passing the dehumidifying zone, regeneration zone and cooling zone. in order to get the super dry air, please make sure the hot air regenerative temperature with 160-200 degrees Celsius.
For plastic hopper dryer, air dew-point temperature is a very important parameter for air desiccant technology. In general, the lower dew point mean good quality in plastic production. Below picture is from one true case in using our dryer rotors, -76.8℃, that is so super desiccant air result.
