RTO is Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, it is one of the most commonly used solutions in the field of factory air pollution to volatile organic compounds.The working principle is oxidizing the VOCs to its corresponding oxide and water at high temperatures.And recovery the thermal. The pollution air decomposition efficiency reaches 95% to 99%.The main structure of RTO is composed of combustion chamber, ceramic packing bed and switching valve. RTO is recommended factory air pollution solutions by Chinese government.

CO is Catalytic Oxidizer, it is another primary factory air pollution solutions with the model of reducing reaction activation to volatile organic compounds and O₂ by using catalyst. The volatile organic compounds can be well oxidized into CO₂ and H₂O in around 300℃. but CO solution is not suitable for the factory air pollution which contain sulfur or phosphorus.

Above two solutions are suitable for combining with zeolite to connect the low concentration and large volume factory pollution air. After using the zeolite wheel to do pretreatment, the factory air pollution solutions in the consequent of RTO or CO will be more efficiency and running cost saving.

The roughly working system to Zeolite wheel is collecting and adsorption, working in the blower, desorption in high temperature, and cooling with rotary to continue to concentrate the VOCs.
