RTO VOC

RTO VOC means Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer in VOC air cleaning processing. It's one practical and effective method in VOC solutions. Comparing with other VOC solutions, RTO VOC is high efficiency and cost saving in the operation course.

Recent these years, Chinese government have the strict requirement for VOC effluent standard to manufacturing enterprise, like as Printing industry, spraying industry, coating film processing, paint production, chemical industry and so on. VOC is Volatile Organic Compounds, most of them are harmful. RTO VOC mode is recommended in VOCs treatment in China.

RTO VOC working principle is heating vocs with 760℃ or 800℃ to oxidation dissociate CO₂ and H₂O. The thermal generated by the continuously high temperature oxidation air being "stored" by the honeycomb regenerator, which is mainly used for preheating the newly entered VOCs air in advance. Thus, the fuel consumption required by the continuous heating is greatly saved and the operating cost is greatly reduced.

To have a good performance in VOC adsorption and concentration by our zeolite honeycomb wheel, the original VOCs air working temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, the wind speed recommended at 2 to 4 meters per second, and the relative humidity is recommended to be below 80%. in these conditions, the vocs can be concentrated with around 30 times or higher more. And the Volatile Organic Compounds can be removed and cleaned by around 99%

VOCs adsorption wheel is the front equipment in RTO VOC system. Its honeycomb cellular can capture the large volume air of VOCs then convert to small volume air. With small air volume, that can use small volume thermal oxidizer to handle next processing, operating cost will be saved much. In fact, VOC treatment is other air conditioning systems.
