In our factory, Large Desiccant Dehumidifier are rotary desiccant dehumidifier made with comby glass fiber or ceramic fiber composited with silica gel molecular or molecular sieve, applied in industrial dehumidification or commercial dehumidifiers.

We can make the large desiccant dehumidifier with 15000SCFM/H so large air processing volume even larger than that, and the dehumidified air dew point can be -70℃ if combined with other air handling units of surface cooler, filter, double inlet air blower and around 140℃ hot air regeneration.

For high quality and new type large desiccant dehumidifier, the central and core unit is the desiccant wheel with the cassette box. When starting the cassette box of desiccant wheel, the first thing to do is to deal with the basic balance of air and regenerative air in the flow and temperature, and observe the rotation of desiccant wheel, especially the installation position between the wheel and the box and the operation of the drive system. The regeneration working temperature should be set below 140 degrees Celsius, and the surface wind speed should not exceed 5 m/s.
