Fresh Air Heat Exchanger

In our factory, fresh air heat exchanger means the rotary thermal wheel being used in thermal exchange and conservation of heat energy by rotating, it is one of good way to save energy in the winter.

There are two types of sensible heat exchange and latent heat exchange for fresh air heat exchanger. Sensible heat means with temperature load only, latent heat means humidity load. The key to energy saving of fresh air heat recovery is to adopt full heat recovery, especially latent heat recovery.

Fresh air heat exchanger is composed of aluminum or stainless steel honeycomb wheel core, cassette box, sealing parts, power mechanism, etc. Honeycomb wheel core as the heat exchange medium, it absorbs heat from air of high temperature and releases it with fresh air intake heat exchanger in the low temperature room to realize the heat exchange and heat conservation from air to air.

Fresh air heat exchanger wheel rotates at a low speed of 1-5 RPM, under normal circumstances,half of the wheel semicircle is in hot air flow, absorbing and conservation of the thermal energy and raise its own temperature in the aluminum honeycomb nest,when another half semicircle is in cold air. With the rotation of the fresh air intake heat exchanger whee to the cold air flow, the conservation heat is released under the action of the blower, so that the cold air is heated and the hot half temperature is reduced at the same time.

Every rotation of the heat exchanger wheel completes the exchange of cold and hot air with fresh air intake can save energy during winter, and the wheel runs round and round, so that the cold and hot air can do a continuous heat exchange process. So in fresh air system they also call these wheels with fresh air heat exchanger wheel or heat wheel.
