Rotary Heat Exchanger

In spite of there are many kinds of heat exchanger products, but in our factory, we only make rotary heat exchanger. The core unit is the rotary wheel, which made with honeycomb corrugated aluminum alloy foil winding into a cylindrical wheel and equipped with cassette box.

Rotary heat exchanger is also called regenerative heat exchanger or Air Recuperator . it is made by wheel core, sealing, cassette box, and motivation mechanism and so on, with honeycomb medium heat exchanging, absorbs energy from the high temperature air and release in the low temperature, air to air energy conversion. The honeycomb rotary wheel rotates constantly with speed of 10-12 RPM.

Rotating Heat Exchanger has high working efficiency and can be used in high temperature air conditioning systems. However, its larger volume, will take up more space in the room. Also, water vapor in the exhaust air may frost and block the air flow in the very cold winters, but it doesn't matter, that won't damage the wheels itself. We can preheat the outdoor air first and adjust the wheel’s speed, that will be no problem.

The built-in scrubber can effectively reduce the risk of cross-contamination by preventing bacteria, dust and contaminants from passing from the exhaust side to the fresh side. The scrubber section and mechanical seal brush minimize the cross-contamination. With high strength structure and highly polished surface, rotary heat exchanger is widely used in the recovery of air waste heat from the exhaust gases of heating furnaces and boilers.

Aluminum alloy foil are processed into wave and flat sheet and layer by layer alternating stacking and winding to a rotary wheel. Many cellular channels formed between the layers, these are for air flow channels. Built-in skeleton and advanced winding technology makes the wheel with high strength and operation stability.
