About Desiccant Rotors Cassette Box in Ecotech Rotors Factory.

All desiccant rotors require cassette box and geared motor to drive rotary.

1, Cassette box can be made with mild-steel or SS304, that decided by customers requirement,

2, in cassette box, there is one sight window to know if the rotor rotation properly,

3, Seals is important to make sure the desiccant rotors good performance, good quality and right installation to the seals can ensure the rotors service life also.

4, Geared motor can make the desiccant rotor rotation slowly with the speed around 10-14rph.

5, Chain is always connected work together with geared motor.

6, to make sure the shipping and delivery safely, we always equip motor cover to protect it, but, when installation rotors in destination factory, we would like to remove the motor cover, then, the motor service will be longer service life, because regeneration temperature is a little high, and the motor is close to the rotor, so remove the cover is better.
