Dehumidifier window unit from our factory, they are some passive desiccant wheels or active desiccant wheels with rotary working style.
Its function is air scrubber to the moisture with adsorption in the nest cellular when the air pass through the window unit, meanwhile with hot air to do regenerative and continue rotating working in dehumidifier system.
Since the window unit only adsorbing the moisture in the air and regenerative, so dust filter should be installed at the inlet of the window (processing air and regenerative air) to prevent dust from blocking the pores of the dehumidification medium, resulting in air resistance increasing and decreased dehumidification efficiency. The standard cellular pores is 2mm by 3.5mm. So dust filter is necessary.
Construction and Details
In the window unit, the uniformly distributed honeycomb nest is one of hepa air scrubber in moisture adsorption. In the moist environment,our dehumidifier window unit to moisture absorption can reach about 40% of its dry weight. As long as no water droplets directly into the window unit, they can be reliably continual working under any high humidity conditions. However, please make sure the working environment has a 5<PH<13.
