Humidity Control Chamber

There are three parts for humidity control chamber, they are desiccant wheel, gearbox and driving device. It is preferred in industrial and commercial dehumidifier as desiccant air filter and dryer unit.

Humidity control chamber is the best thermostat with humidity control, it is the central unit in dehumidifying system in the industry of food processing, all kinds of negative film, cake, pharmaceutical, glass, precision machinery, motor parts, asepsis room, lens, plastic, batteries and so on.

Humidity control chamber also called with nest humidity control unit or nest thermostat humidity control unit. It is made with honeycomb fiber compound silica PPS or PPX as the moisture humidity separator and hygroscopicity medium. Sometimes, the hygroscopicity medium also use the molecular sieve filter PPM. 

The big characteristic of humidity control chamber from our factory, it is regenerative and replacement. Silica hygroscopicity medium is regenerative by hot air with around 100℃. So it can steady to do dehumidifying processing. The central unit of desiccant wheel can be replacement after 5-8 years when keep other dehumidifiers parts no change.

Humidity control chamber always working dehumidify with rotary running driven by the gear motor. And it needs many duct mounted device like as air filter, air surface cooler, blower, heater and so on to work together, so someone called it of duct mounted dehumidifier.

Humidity control chamber dehumidification method is significantly different from the freezing dehumidification method. The dew point of that with freezing dehumidification is generally high, which can not meet the process requirements with the condition of low humidity. However, the rotary  humidity control chamber dehumidifier can easily make the dew point to reach below zero, or even drop to the ultra-low temperature of -70 degrees. 

The features of humidity control chamber is easy to operate and reliable operation with variety of control methods. It belongs to the normal pressure operation, safe and reliable, no corrosion and no pollution.

Construction and Details

The raw material for central unit of desiccant wheel, that is honeycomb nest fiber paper.

These are the ordinary spare parts for the rotary humidity control chamber dehumidifier.

The chamber also called with cassette box, gearbox and so on. The central unit is the desiccant rotor. We are manufacturer.
