Humidity Dry

Humidity dry unit in our factory, they are some desiccant wheels and desiccant rotors with slowly rotating to dry air humidity in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, plastic and so  industry to dehumidify.

They are many types of humidity dry units, but in our factory, there are only the honeycomb rotary adsorption rotors humidity dry units. They can be customized with flange, gearbox, gear chain and matched with driving motor and so on.

Our humidity dry units are regenerative desiccant wheel used in many fresh air dehumidifying system. That needs the hot air of around 120 degrees Celsius to regeneration. In plastic industry and lithium battery, the drying adsorption medium general is molecular sieve instead of silica gel, the regenerative air temperature will be around 160-180 degrees Celsius.

There are three types in general for our honeycomb humidity dry rotors. Dry zone to regenerative zone with half to half, this type also named low temperature regenerative. Or dry zone to regenerative zone with 1:3, this is suitable for most of industry air desiccant system design. When some special application, that need add one cooling zone in the desiccant system. When you confirm the types to us, we can customized make the gearbox according to your requirements.

Wheels type humidity dry units are suitable for fresh air system or air return system with the requirements of extremely air dry in industry manufacturing or laboratory test.

Rotary humidity dry units in mostly are the industrial air handling units in dehumidifying, they need work together with filter, blower and gearbox, particularly, they need the heater to do regenerative by hot air. The rough working principle is moisture adsorption and restoration, then hot air to desorption, then continuously to do humidity dry.

Construction and Details

Rotary humidity dry units raw material is the ceramic and glass fiber with honeycomb nest structure compound with hydroscopic medium of silica gel.

Rotary humidity dry rotors, they are made with the skeleton, outer rim, sealing, driving bearing, gear motor, gear box and so on, all of these parts can be customized by Foshan YITAIKE air handling equipment company in China.

The main two parts for rotary humidity dry unit, central unit is the honeycomb wheels and gearbox for driving running.
