Desiccant Dehumidification Wheel in our factory are made with nest ceramic or glass fiber and silica gel and molecular sieve as the dehumidification medium. They are Munters Desiccant Wheel Replacement with same effect as Munters wheel.

Desiccant Dehumidification Wheel can be customized with any size to meet with different Dehumidification space and desiccant performance requirement.

Desiccant dehumidification wheels are regenerative, and dehumidification and regeneration processes is simultaneous. Wheels rotary with 10-12RPH, so the power to wet air adsorption require very small. The dehumidifier outlet air parameter conditions is decided on the parameters of the inlet air and the control of regenerative energy.

Matters needing attention

1. When the dehumidifier used in high humidity environment, an effective water baffle should be installed behind the surface air cooler to prevent condensed water from entering the wheel directly. If using the steam as regenerative heat source, it is necessary to prevent steam leakage from the heat exchanger. Steam leakage can damage to the dehumidification wheels. We prefer the regenerative with hot air with better.

2. The temperature probe should be set in the regenerative air zone to the dehumidification system, and the probe has the alarm function for high temperature of over 180 degrees Celsius. The fittings with the function of automatic adjustment or cutting off the power supply of the heater will be very necessary.

3. At the same time, it is necessary to set up the wheels running induction probe. Once the wheel stops running unexpectedly, it must immediately alarm and cut off the heater power supply to prevent damage the absorption medium due to the long-term burning of the medium in the regeneration area by high temperature air flow. Desiccant dehumidification wheels must always slowly rotate with no stopping.
