Injection Molding Dryer is mainly applied in plastic production processing. Scientific and efficient solution to control dew point of surrounding and the injection molding, that will be efficient in reduce the unqualified products and increase output by the dryer.

Long term practice proves when the temperature dew point with -40 degree centigrade which can make the humidity in plastic molding to less than 0.02%. At this level of humidity that can much cut down the plastic quality problem

In such a harsh low temperature environment, obviously, the ordinary industrial dehumidifier will appear frost phenomenon, which can not achieve dehumidification work, so the desiccant wheel dehumidifier of injection molding dryer is the best choice.

Injection molding dryer also named of Plastic Material Dryer, it is one rotary working wheel, with adsorption to wet air and regenerative characteristic. There are three area in injection molding dryer, dehumidifying area, regeneration area and cooling area.

Hot and moist air from the dry barrel is cooled and blown into the hive nest wheel. Moisture in the air is absorbed by honeycomb cellular and then desorbed by the regenerative hot air. The two air flows act on the dryer at the same time. And with the rotation of the dryer, the moisture in the air is continuously adsorbed and discharged by regeneration, to get the stable very low dew point air. Plastic material is heated to remove the moisture and get the drying material. By this way a closed cycle to dry the plastic raw materials.
