High quality plastic products, it require the extremely dry air during packaging, transportation or recycling processes. But all plastic resins are moist. As the plastic particles are extruded, moisture is heated and vaporized. These vapors can cause cracks in the structure and surface of the plastic. Dehumidifying Hopper Dryer that is to say Plastic Resin Dryers can desiccate plastic raw materials, improve the quality of finished products, reduce waste and increase manufacturing speed.

Dehumidifying Hopper Dryer can dehumidifying and material feeding at the same time, so it's effective and fast. The energy required to dehumidify plastic particles consists of two parts, one is the energy required to heat the material from hopper to dry temperature, and the other part is the energy required to evaporate moisture.

When determining the air volume required by the material in dehumidifying hopper dryer, it is usually based on the temperature of the dry air enters or leaves the drying hopper.
