Plastic Pellet Dehumidification Dryer is to use very desiccant air to do dehumidification work. It can shorten the plastic pellet drying time, saving time and improve plastic products quality.
Our plastic pellet dryers are mainly used to dry the plastic particles with highly hygroscopicity. Dehumidification dryers feed the desiccant low dew point air into one or several standard plastic drying hoppers to improve desiccant efficiency and shorten drying time
The desiccant wheels are the central and key unit in plastic pellet dryer working course. They are made with honeycomb nest glass fiber with molecular sieve as the drying medium. Regenerative temperature with 160-180 degrees Celsius.
The general industrial dehumidifier is a condensing dehumidifier, which cools the air from moisture to liquid to dehumidification. But our rotary plastic pellet dryer, the main structure is a constantly rotating honeycomb drying wheel which is made of special composite material made of corrugated medium with heat resistant. when the air passes, the dryer can absorb moisture to get the desiccant air. Compared with condensing industrial dehumidifiers, rotary desiccant dryer do not frost and continuously working, and do not affect room temperature.

In plastic pellet dryer central, there are three area for different function, dehumidifying area, regenerative area and cooling area. The dryer slowly rotates with 8-12 rph to drying the air continuously.
