There are general two kinds of dehumidifier rotor in our factory, one is silica gel dehumidifier rotor, another one is molecular sieve dehumidifier rotor. They have the same characteristics of honeycomb structure with excellent dehumidifying performance and they are regenerative with stable quality.

Description

Dehumidifier rotor mostly are used in the air dry requirements with relatively high environment like as commercial dehumidifier and industrial dehumidifier in Precision manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry, food processing, plastic industry etc. The dew point can reach below -70℃ with special combination.

The rotor is composed of glass fiber or heat-resistant ceramic materials as the inner support carrier with special hygroscopic medium materials such as high efficiency silica gel, molecular sieve or the synthesis. In this way, it is not only ensures the huge air contact surface area, but also it improves the dehumidifier dry efficiency and increases the hygroscopic capacity.

In spite of our dehumidifier rotors can be used in High humidity environment and they can be cleaning by water or high-speed air, but pretreatment to the air before entering the rotor. Filter to the dust is very necessary because the dust will block the honeycomb cellular with long time running.

Molecular Sieve Desiccant Rotor is one of super air dry dehumidifier rotor, it is mainly applied in Plastic Pellet Dryer, plastic processing Injection Molding Dryer and Glove box for lithium batteries manufacturing. This type dehumidifier rotor can make the air drying with super desiccant.
