In our factory, there are many nest humidity control units, they are some desiccant wheels, desiccant rotors, rotary dehumidifying units, energy recovery wheels and so on. All of them are nest humidity control and rotary working style.

The honeycomb nest cellular of 2.0mm by 3.2mm can enlarge air contact area consequently high efficiency in moisture being adsorbed, and with lower air pressure.

Nest Humidity Control units are mainly designed for high efficiency and super desiccant air dehumidification field, like as in plastic industry, Lithium battery, aerospace, shipbuilding industry, pharmaceutical industry, food processing and other industries.

These are some ordinary nest humidity control units with different moisture adsorption methods in different dehumidifying system.Nest Humidity Control series products adopt glass fiber or ceramic fiber as the base material, silica gel or molecular sieve as humidity control medium to construct the core components in constant temperature and humidity system or air conditioning system. They can make the air easily with dew point of -40℃,ideally with -50℃ and even lower dew points and stable low dew point temperature.

Nest with moisture adsorption medium in glass fiber being made with one wheel or rotor to suite for different air volume and dehumidifying industry, they are key components in humidity control. When moisture is saturation in the nest, regenerative hot air of 120-180℃ in the blower working to release the moisture, then the nest wheel unit will be continued to rotate to adsorption the moisture in the air. So, the next humidity control, in fact, it's air desiccant filter or air moisture scrubber.
