Desiccant air handling units in our factory are some rotary wheels or desiccant rotors. They are made with nest glass fiber to crawl space moisture control. The moisture adsorption medium is silica gel and molecular sieve in the craw space nest of desiccant units.

Our desiccant air handling units and its runner box are the core components of adsorption dehumidification system. They desiccant units are regenerative by hot air of around 120℃ The driving motor in the runner box makes the dehumidification wheel rotate 12~14 revolutions per hour, and continuously repeat the hygroscopic regeneration movement, so as to provide dry air to the room.

In the right design to the dehumidification system to use our desiccant air handing units, the dew point can meet with around -76℃, this is very extremely desiccant air surroundings. In fact our desiccant air handling units are only suitable for the deep dehumidifying and high requirements to the desiccant air surroundings. Our desiccant air handling units can be the replacement of Munters Air Handling Units.

Roughly there are three kinds of working style for our desiccant air handling units as following, 1:1 model is passive desiccant and energy saving. 1:3 model is for mostly industry dehumidifying system, and the third one is for the super desiccant air requirement.
