Silica gel rotor in our factory means the desiccant rotors, silica gel dehumidifying rotors. Silica gel is one good and effective moisture adsorption medium, when the hot air with around 120℃ can be regenerative. For some passive desiccant rotors, the regenerative temperature with 60℃-80℃.

Description

The core structure of silica gel rotor is a constantly rotating honeycombed dehumidification rotor. It is the most critical part of the moisture absorption in high standard dehumidifier system. Silica gel rotors are made of glass fiber as the carrier and composite with active silica gel.

On both sides of the rotor, diaphragm made of good quality sealing silicone rubber divide the rotors entire surface into two sectors: a 270 radian degree air treatment sector and a 90 radian degree regeneration sector. All parts in the rotors are high temperature resistance with 300℃.

The rotors partition used in the dehumidification system is not absolute. In addition to the vast majority of 1:3 partitions, it can also be divided into 1:1 or add cooling zones to meet different dehumidification requirements.
