Our Industrial Desiccant Air Dryer are some rotary running desiccant wheels and rotors, made with glass fiber honeycomb cellular composite with silica gel or molecular sieve of desiccant medium, this structure and the medium are the most important factor of moisture absorption in high quality industrial desiccant system.

Industrial Desiccant Air Dryer is regenerative by hot air of 120-160℃ with 10-12 RPH slowly rotary. This schematic diagram is the ordinary industrial air desiccant processing. Fresh air being filter to scrub the dust, blower bring the clean air to desiccant wheel, wet air being absorbed in the honeycomb cellular, with the geared motor, the dehumidifier wheel slowly rotating to the regeneration zone.

Another side, heater to bring the hot air to make the wet air in the honeycomb cellular to become vapor to be desorbed and being sent outdoors by the blower. By now, one cycle is finished. when the air dryer continue to rotate like as this, the humidity in the room will get lower and lower

This is the main three mode of wet air being desiccant ratio to that of air being regeneration. Generally, industrial desiccant air dryer can make the indoor air dew point with -30℃ to -40℃, in some well combination with other equipment, the dew point can meet -70℃ dew point.
