The desiccant air dryer slowly rotates with 8-12rph to do extraction and adsorption to the moisture in the air, when moisture adsorption with saturation, that needs the hot air with around 140-200 degrees to do regeneration with desorption.

Hot air of 140-200 degrees can make the moisture being absorbed in the nest to evaporation and as to renew the desiccant air dryer dehumidification ability. At the same time, the regenerative air becomes wet air being discharged to outdoors by a regenerative blower. So this is one of dynamic and air to air regenerative desiccant air dryer processing.

Generally, there are three models for the regenerative and adsorption ratio for the Regenerative Air Dryer working system. Low temperature of 60-80 degrees with 1:1 of passive desiccant wheel, hot air regenerative with 1:3 design in most case, and cooling zone being added in super desiccant air dehumidifying system.
