Large Desiccant Air Dryer in our factory also named with desiccant wheels made with glass fiber composite with cellular desiccant medium of active silica gel, they are most appropriate for large room dehumidifying to get the extreme desiccant air.

Obviously, large desiccant air dryer as the desiccant air handling units, they are essential unit in industry dehumidifying air conditioning system, such as in electronic and electrical industry, lithium desiccant room, liquid injection process, laboratory. All these field, they require the large desiccant air dryer to dehumidify.

The large desiccant air dryer wheel can be made very large size of diameter 2000mm or more to handling the air volume with around 17000 SCFM/H or higher.

Our rotary large desiccant air dryer is regenerative and recuperative, the core unit wheel can be replaced. Especially our air dryer can be replacement of Munters air dryer.

Generally, there are these application method as following

1. Conventional standard dehumidifying, filter + desiccant wheel + blower section, simple function, space saving, less investment

2. Combined dehumidification, filter section + surface cooling section + desiccant wheel section + surface cooling section + air supply section, that can realize the whole fresh air operation in the excessive season

3. Low dew point dehumidification, filter section + surface cooling section + primary dehumidification section + mixing section + front surface cooling section + secondary dehumidification section + rear surface cooling section + air drying section, it is used in Lithium battery production or experiment requiring.

Silica gel and composite material coated on the honeycomb nest to absorb the moisture in the air with physical way on the porous of glass fiber, and then in the regeneration area, the moisture being heated with hot air of 160 degrees to vaporization and through the regeneration blower using sealed pipe send the high temperature and high humidity air to the outdoor.
