Description
Silica gel air dryer is some silica gel rotors or desiccant wheels which can rotate with around 8-12 Revolutions per hour by small motor to do adsorption to the moisture used in commercial dehumidifier. Dry air with ultra-low humidity can be easily obtained by silica gel air dryer in right combination with other air conditioning unit, filter and blower and so on.
Silica gel air dryer and air conditioning dehumidification method is not the same, their main difference is with air conditioning dehumidification will make the temperature of the whole room rapidly drop, to achieve the effect of dehumidification, they are mainly used in summer and hot conditions. But Silica gel air dryer is used to discharge the moisture in the air,the temperature of the air will rise slightly, but the overall temperature difference is small.Silica gel air dryer can be used all the year round.
The silica gel air dryer should be put in a right place to ensure the smooth ventilation outlet. Generally, the dryer is best placed in the middle of the room. There is enough space around it to ventilation well to abtain the perfect dehumidification effect.
