Window dehumidifier units, they are one type of constantly rotating honeycombed desiccant wheels. They are the critical parts of the moisture absorption in high standard dehumidifier system, made of glass fiber as the carrier and composite with active silica gel or molecular sieve.

In the slow rotational works, the wheel will pass through two sectors of a 270 radian adsorption sector and a 90 radian regeneration sector.This is the most common mode in commercial dehumidifying system. We call it by 1:3 mode.

When the sectors with 180 radian adsorption sector and 180 radian regeneration sector, that is the passive dehumidifier system, we called it low temperature regeneration of 1:1 mode.

When super desiccant air requirement in the dehumidifier system, the cooling section will be added into the window units. With this mode, the desiccant air dew point can reach -76.8 degrees Celsius

For our window dehumidifier units, the dehumidification and regeneration processes occur simultaneously, the air is constantly dried and the wheel is constantly regenerated.

The rotating speed is 8-12 RPM, and the power required is very small, depends on the wheels different diameter, the rotating power is around from 15W to 200W.
