Enthalpy wheel in our factory, the rotating central wheels are made with honeycomb cellular aluminum film. We are Ecotech from the manufacturer of enthalpy wheel in Guangdong of China. We make the Enthalpy wheels and desiccant wheels since 2007.

The wheels surface through cutting, polishing process, making it is very smooth, built-in support frame, and solid welding around the outer circle, to ensure the mechanical stability. Our enthalpy wheels are equipped with maintenance-free bearings. Unique molecular sieve technology allows the wheels not only to do heat recovery, but also to do humidity control.

The enthalpy wheel rotates continuously at the speed of 15-20 RPM. The rotating wheel acts as a heat or cold storage core, when the fresh air passes through one semicircle of the enthalpy, while the exhaust air passes through another semicircle of the wheel in reverse. In this way, fresh air and exhaust air alternate and reverse through the wheel to achieve heat exchange and energy recovery. Our ECSE-T series can not only do heat transfer, but also ensure humidity transfer.

The enthalpy wheel is widely used in the air processing units of the central air-conditioning system or in the industrial ventilation system, which can minimize the temperature difference and humidity difference between outdoor air and indoor air. The total energy recovery efficiency can reach 74%-88%, enjoy more fresh air with lower cost.

The wheel core body have sensible heat and latent heat for optional.

The honeycomb aperture height is 1.8mm or 2.5mm for optional. The wheel thickness can be 200mm or 270mm for optional.

The supporting frame is available in galvanized plate or steel cold rolled plate for optional.

The wheels diameter can be customized in 200-5000mm with any size.
