Rotary Recuperator is air recuperator, it's one of rotary type energy recovery air handling unit from China ECOTECH factory. Honeycomb thermal storage core and composite with molecular sieve make them with high efficiency in heat recovery and humidity transfer.

Honeycomb cellular rotary recuperator with the feature of heat storage, hygroscopic, heat transfer, high-quality huge contact area for air, so that it has the excellent characteristics of sensible heat and latent energy recuperation.

By constantly changing the airflow direction and double cleaning fans in the rotary recuperator body ensures the best effect of self-cleaning characteristics. Although our rotary recuperator cannot completely prevent cross-contamination of dust and pollutants from exhaust air to fresh air, but the 10-degree clean surface can limits pollution rate to 0.04%.

When air handling volume with too large requirement, the recovery core unit can be designed with segmented type.

Attention for installation of split type rotary recuperator

1. Our factory will provide all the accessories required for installation, such as 8pcs M12*45 and 4pcs M10*75 bolts and quantities of M5*16 large round head self-tapping screws.

2. Because the split type wheel is usually large in volume and heavy in weight, lifting equipment and tools are needed for installation

3. After installing the reduction motor and belt, switch on the 380V power supply for operation and debugging, which requires no abnormal sound and collision or friction sound.
