Inspection And Maintenance Procedures For Rotary Dehumidifiers

1. Process air and regeneration air filter: Clean the filter. If the filter is dirty, replace the filter.

2. The whole machine and the casing: Check the mechanical operation for damage, and clean the inside and outside of the casing as required.

3. Air handling and regeneration blower: Check for mechanical damage, clean motor and blower housing as required.

4. Runner drive motor assembly: Check whether the drive chain is damaged and installed correctly.

5. Electrical control board and wiring: Check the components and wiring in the electrical control board for signs of damage and overheating, and ensure that the wiring is not loose.

6. Regenerative heaters: Remove debris and dust remaining on heater dirt.

7. Dehumidification Wheel: Check for signs of overheating and clogging, and remove dust from the surface of the wheel.

8. Seal: Check for signs of damage and displacement. If worn or damaged, it should be replaced.

9. Air pipe connection: Check whether there is air leakage and whether the connection with the machine is normal.


In fact, the maintenance of the rotary dehumidifier is very simple, the main maintenance and maintenance are on the filter and runner. Check the cleanliness of the filter regularly every month, and wash and regenerate the filter 1-2 times a week. The cleaning of the filter screen requires replacing the filter material or removing the original filter material, blowing it back with compressed air, then washing with soapy water, rinsing with clean water, and recycling. If it is damaged, replace it.


The runner is serviced every 12 months. When cleaning, use a soft brush or vacuum to remove dust and fibers. When using compressed air for cleaning, blow air in the opposite direction from the runner to avoid damage to the runner. Keep a certain distance.
