Absorption dryer is one kind of rotary running air handling units applied in industry dehumidifying with super desiccant performance. Roughly, the absorption medium is silica gel and molecular sieve.

Absorption dryer in China, they also are called with honeycomb rotors or honeycomb wheels. In most cases, they are used in dehumidifying filed to get the super desiccant air in aerospace, pharmaceutical, medical devices, glass, electronics, food, plastic, lithium battery and other related industries, especially in the lithium industry application, it makes the performance of absorption dryer dehumidifying play to with a very high level.

Adsorption air dryer desiccant wheel is one important air handling units with special process requirements. It belongs to the high precision equipment in industry dehumidifying fields. It can meet the humidity requirements that the frozen dehumidifier can not do, and the minimum humidity requirements can be achieved below the dew point of -70℃.

For all absorption dryer desiccant rotors, the absorption zone and desorption zone proportion is roughly around three types as following according with different requirements to the dehumidifying system.

Absorption dryer desiccant rotors slowly rotate with around 8-12rph to absorb the wet air and desorption with hot air driving in the motor. Running stability, operation simple, replace easily and long service life.

Absorption dryer raw material is honeycomb cellular ceramic glass fiber with silica gel absorption medium or molecular sieve as the absorption medium.
