The best and hepa moisture filter should be the honeycomb rotors. The moisture will be adsorbed and separated by the numerous holes of molecular sieve when wet air passes through the honeycomb rotor.

Air moisture filter is generally used in industry air conditioning system with air desiccant and dehumidifying. Rotary air moisture filter can meet the high requirements with a very low dew point to air dryer. The central unit of desiccant rotor slowly rotates in the cassette box driving by the motor which equipped together with the cassette box.

Rotary air moisture filter from our factory, they can be customized with different type according to different specifications requirements. The biggest characteristic to them, they are regenerative. So the wet air scrubbing and moisture filtering is continuous and stable.

Moisture filter also named with air filter moisture separator, they are usually used in high class super air desiccant industry, like as pharma industry, food processing,lithium batteries and so on these industry for dehumidifying system.

The filter rotor can have three types design for the rotary working model as following

In the dehumidification process, the Rotary air moisture filter rotor wheel turn slowly under the driving device. When moisture is adsorbed saturation in air treatment area, and then rotating to the hot air zone to do desorption, it's regeneration, then continue to do moisture filtering and adsorption. This is a cyclic process, that can make the desiccant air continuously going into the designated space, to achieve the high precision temperature and humidity control. This is the rotary moisture filter working principle.

Our rotary air moisture filter unit is replacement. For new project, the cassette box and motor are needed together. If only replace the central filter unit, the old cassette box can continue to use.
