Desiccant Breather For Gearbox

Desiccant breather for gearbox, the central unit of desiccant breather filter or desiccant rotor is one of replaceable and regenerative air desiccant handling units in many industrial and commercial dehumidifying system. The gearbox also called cassette box, it is used for desiccant breather fixed and rotary running, and always equipped with gear, motor, chain or belt, some types with flange and so on.

Desiccant breather for gearbox working rotates speed is around 10-12rph, it's slowly rotary to keep doing moisture dry continuously, with this way, if without fresh air supplement, the room dew point will be very low.

The core unit of the Desiccant breather is a honeycomb rotor, which compound with moisture suction medium of silica gel or molecular sieve. The two sides mounted in the gearbox and divided into two zones by special sealing parts of moisture suction zone and restoration zone.
