Desiccant Filter Breather

Desiccant filter breather in our factory, they are same recharging desiccant air breather rotors or wheels which apply for commercial dehumidify with rotary running working and they are regenerative.

These rotors are not only for air breather in honeycomb holes but also they are used for moisture desiccant filtering by moisture absorption medium of silica gel, so they are called with desiccant filter breather rotors.

These rotors are keeping slowly rotary running to do air desiccant filter breather driving by one small motor and chain or belt. In most of commercial dehumidify desiccant air processing, our honeycomb desiccant rotors are the most important units.

For recharging desiccant rotors and regenerating drier wheels, they are always need the hot air to do moisture desorption, so there are general three models for the desorption zone to the adsorption zone as below

No matter the desiccant filter breather rotors apply for the desiccator for lab or dehumidify in industry manufacturing, the working principle is same. Breather rotor rotary movement slowly, moisture is filtered and absorbed in the 3/4 zone by rotor's fiber honeycomb nest to get the desiccant in the room which be well dehumidified. Meanwhile another side of hot air from the heater passing through the 1/4 zone of the breather rotor, removing the moisture absorbed in the nest, this is the recharging desiccant and regenerative course. It will automatic desiccant driving by the motor which is located in the desiccator cabinet. In this course, moisture absorbing silica gel is the desiccant filter medium.

Generally, for many high standard industrial dehumidifier, our desiccant filter breather rotors and the essential central unit in the dehumidifying equipment. And the desiccant rotors can be easily replacement when keep other air handling units in its place.

Construction and Details

This is our desiccant filter breather rotors raw material of honeycomb nest compound with X13 molecular sieve from 4 angstrom to 9 angstrom or customized with other desiccant medium.

Set skeleton inside, silica gel Sealing, stainless steel outer rim, driving bearing, chain, antiskid, gearbox, all of these parts, we make sure them are strong enough and long time service.
