Central Structure Of Rotary Dehumidifier

Rotary dehumidifiers are not unfamiliar to those in the industry. Many industrial places need to use runners. So what is the central structure of the rotary dehumidifier? Below, I will tell you about it by the editor on the island.

The rotary dehumidifier is a device that uses a rotary wheel made of solid hygroscopic agent for rotary dehumidification. The rotary wheel of the rotary dehumidifier is covered with honeycomb-shaped flow channels. The channel wall conducts heat and moisture exchange, and the channel wall itself contains solid hygroscopic agent (silica gel and zeolite molecular sieve). At the same time, the sensible heat of the runner itself and the adsorption heat generated by the adsorption increase the air temperature. With the rotation of the runner, the moisture absorption of this part of the flow channel is gradually saturated. When these moisture-absorbing flow channels are rotated, hot air flows through these honeycomb flow channels, and the flow channel walls containing solid moisture absorbent are heated, which corresponds to water. The vapor partial pressure is higher than the water vapor partial pressure in the air, which drives the moisture out of the hygroscopic agent. With the rotation and desorption of the runner, the honeycomb-shaped hygroscopic agent flow channel restores the moisture absorption ability and is rotated to In the dehumidification zone, this cycle is repeated, and the dehumidification process can be carried out continuously.

The center of the rotary dehumidification unit is constructed as a continuously rolling honeycomb drying wheel. The runner is the function of absorbing moisture in the dehumidifier. Its medium is composed of several special titanium fibers and a small amount of ceramics, and is treated with high temperature resistance. The carrier composed of this medium can not only adhere to the hygroscopic agent, but also has high strength, which can be very suitable for various messy working environments. And its honeycomb structure design increases the surface area where moist air and hygroscopic agent touch each other, which greatly improves the working efficiency of the dehumidifier.

In the process of moisture absorption, the dehumidification wheel of the rotary dehumidifier is driven by a driving motor and continuously and slowly rolls. With the addition of absorbed water, it gradually tends to be full. At this time, in order to maintain its stable dehumidification amount, it is not necessary to restore the moisture absorbent in the runner. At this time, driven by the motor, the runner, which tends to be full, slowly turns into the area and begins the recovery process.

During the process of the rotary dehumidifier, the air (usually taken from the outdoor or the machine room) reaches 100-140 degrees after being heated, and is blown into the area in the reverse direction. Under the condition of high temperature, the water molecules in the runner are desorbed and re-dissipated. into the air. Due to the loss of a lot of sensible heat in the process of desorption, the air temperature drops and becomes moist air saturated with moisture, which is guided by the fan and discharged to the outside, and then completes the transportation of moisture. The rotary dehumidifier and the runner, after dehydration, regain its strong moisture absorption ability, and are driven by the motor to transfer to the working area for dehumidification. The above-mentioned dehumidification and process occur at the same time. During this process, the air is continuously dried, and the cycle is repeated, and then the dehumidifier continues to operate stably.
