Comparison Of Differences Between Industrial Dehumidifiers And Rotary Dehumidifiers

Industrial dehumidifiers generally belong to refrigerated dehumidifiers: the smoke is sent into the machine through the humid air fan, and after the interaction of the refrigeration system (compressor, evaporator, refrigeration), if it is suspected to be frost, the system automatically sends the frost temperature to the machine. Enter the water tank to generate dry air and discharge, thereby reducing indoor humidity and gradually achieving the effect of dry and wet space.

The rotary dehumidifier mainly adopts the rotary disc type metal silica gel adsorption type gas-solid adsorption. During the dehumidification process, the adsorption wheel rotates slowly under the driving device. When the adsorption wheel reaches saturation in the air adsorption in the treatment area, the water molecules are blown off by the high temperature air and enter the regeneration area. The process circulates continuously, and the temperature of the drying air is continuously adjusted to the specified value space, to achieve high-precision temperature and humidity control.

Refrigeration dehumidifiers consist of a cooling system and a fan to condense excess water in the air into droplets. The rotary dehumidifier mainly absorbs the moisture through the rotary wheel, and then heats the absorbed moisture. The image of the rotary dehumidifier is like a dry towel, absorbing the moisture in the air, and drying the moisture by a drying method.

Wheel dehumidifiers have high dehumidification accuracy and a wide range of dehumidification. It is commonly used in clean rooms and strict dehumidification requirements. It can also dehumidify at low temperature, which has more advantages than ordinary industrial dehumidifiers. And, relatively speaking, the cost is also high.
