Honeycomb zeolite wheel is a rotary running unit for VOC recovery by adsorption ways. Different with adsorption properties of activated carbon, honeycomb wheel is continuous slowly rotation and it's regenerative.

Voc recovery unit working principle like as this, VOCS being pretreatment enters the adsorption zone of the zeolite wheel and being adsorbed on the surface of the honeycomb hole, then purified and clean air being sent out. VOCS adsorbed on the surface of the runner are removed by high temperature hot air desorption in the desorption zone, and then enter other units of catalytic combustion or Thermal Oxidizer. Zeolite comby wheel rotates into the cooling zone to cool down so that it can continue to adsorb VOCS gas. So it's recycling and regenerative working modes.
