How Should A Rotary Dehumidifier Be Used in A Low Temperature Space?

The reason why a rotary dehumidifier should be used in a low-humidity environment is based on the principle of other dehumidification methods and rotary dehumidification methods. To the low dew point state required by low humidity, the following are the principles of several dehumidification methods:

1. Cooling and dehumidification Cool the air to below the dew point, and then remove the condensed moisture. Effective when the dew point is 4°C or higher.

2. Compression and dehumidification Compress and cool moist air to separate its moisture. It is effective in occasions with small air volume, but it is not suitable for large air volume.

3. The solid adsorption dehumidification uses capillary action to adsorb water on the solid hygroscopic agent. The dew point can be reduced, but the equipment becomes larger when the adsorption area is large.

4. Liquid absorption dehumidification The spray of lithium chloride aqueous solution is used to absorb moisture. The dew point can be lowered to about 0°C, but the equipment is large and the absorbing liquid must be replaced.

5. Rotor dehumidification The sheet impregnated with hygroscopic agent is processed into a honeycomb rotor for ventilation. Its dehumidification structure is simple, and the dew point can reach below -60℃ after special combination.
