Everyone knows that a refrigerated dehumidifier can also dehumidify, so under what circumstances should a rotary dehumidifier be used?

Cold storage: drug cold storage, the quality of drugs is very important, quality control is not only to control the production line, but also need to be strictly included in the storage of drugs, the key to storage also includes the temperature and humidity environment. Many medicines need to be refrigerated to ensure the quality, such as various vaccines, some fungi medicines and some injections and other medicines need to be kept at 2℃-8℃, and the humidity should be controlled between 45-65%. The general refrigeration and dehumidifier in the environment will not work properly, because the "compressor", the core component of the refrigeration and dehumidifier, will not work normally in low temperature and high temperature environments. This requires the use of rotary dehumidifiers that can adapt to high and low temperature environments.


In the lithium battery manufacturing industry, the controlled environment of the production workshop of the lithium ion battery manufacturer usually requires a dew point in the range of -35℃~-40℃. However, there are a large number of workers on the battery production line, and the moisture they emit is removed with dry gas in time, so we need to control the gas with a dew point of -50℃~-60℃ to continuously purge the production area. When the dew point temperature is lower than 0 degrees or the ambient humidity is required to be below 10%, the rotary dehumidifier is used to work.
