RTO Scrubber

In China, RTO scrubber means the large size comby wheels which are used in VOCs treatment processing. It's a very important equipment in RTO mode to industrial hazard gas concentration and filtering. RTO scrubber is much helpful in VOC removal from air.

We are from the factory in making RTO scrubber, it's comby fiberglass large wheel with vocs adsorbing medium of zeolite molecular sieve which have high efficiency in vocs collection, concentration and scrubbing. This comby wheel is rotary concentrator thermal oxidizer for the preparation procedure to RTO works.

RTO means Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, it's a special cleaning and treatment system for hazardous industrial waste gas. These hazardous wast gas is VOCS. They are Volatile Organic Compounds of alkenes, aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, esters, aldehydes, ketones and other compounds from industrial production like as chemical composite materials, pharmaceutical, paint production, Lithium batteries, paper pulp industry and so on.

Regenerative combustion furnaces heat volatile organic compounds air (VOCS) to more than 760℃ to dissociate into H₂O and CO₂ by RTO system, which requires a lot of energy to process this work. Therefore, the large air volume and low concentration of VOCS air being scrubber firstly and collecting to small air volume and high concentration and then using RTO disposal, this is not only can save a lot of energy costs, but also that can more complete purify the air to bring blue air.

Characteristic of RTO scrubber from our factory, it is less affected by air humidity, outlet concentration is stable, Safety and no burning, Long service life with 5-10 years. Stable running and Low cost in maintenance.
