VOC Air Filter in our factory in fact it is one large rotary wheel with comby glass fiber composite with zeolite molecular sieve. This large rotary wheel can adsorb filter the VOCs from the air with very slowly rotation speed of around 5-6 rounds per hour.

VOCS are the one of main sources of air pollution. Harmful volatile organic compounds mainly include acetone, toluene, phenol, dimethylaniline, formaldehyde, ethyl acetate, ethanol and so on. Comparing with active carbon, our VOC air filter wheel is higher efficiency to concentrate these VOCs.

Zeolite voc air filter wheels are safety,completely non-combustible, regenerative and recyclable, and also does not produce dangerous waste. So voc zeolite wheel is a new type of environmental protection voc air filer treatment equipment in Chinese industry.

Zeolite voc air filter wheels are widely used In paint production, synthetic fiber industry, metal coating, chemical coating, shoe leather, electroplating, plywood manufacturing, tire manufacturing, sewage treatment plants and so on these industries.

Raw material is zeolite molecular sieve with honeycomb glass fiber of 2.0mm height cellular.

In general, the boiling point of 40-200 degrees Celsius common VOCs are basically suitable for our voc air filter of zeolite adsorption wheel.

In VOCs air cleaning project of VOC air filter, cause the treatment air volume is large, so the diameter of filter wheel is usually more than 2 meters, some times, it is 4 meters, the thickness is 400mm, and making the cassette case is very complicated. So, generally the cost of zeolite molecular sieve filter wheel is expensive.
