We are from Chinese manufacturer of rotary running honeycomb nest moisture eliminator in Foshan China with 15 years. Our products are mainly used in industry air handling units, not for home appliance.

This kind of moisture eliminator is for commercial and industry dehumidifying application with moisture absorption and regenerative in hot air of 100-140℃ by blower. So it is one of moisture absorber and odor eliminator applying in industrial desiccant air handling unit and voc air scrubber.

They are keeping slowly rotating in gearbox by driving motor with the speed of around 10rph to do moisture eliminating and regeneration. The central unit is replaceable and the gearbox or cassette box can be reused.

Generally there are two kinds of desiccant medium for regenerative moisture eliminator, silica gel and molecular sieve. In spite of chloride also is good in air desiccant, but it's easily corrosion to equipment, so many update and new type moisture eliminator are only use the silica and molecular sieve.

In present market, 70%-80% desiccant medium is compound with silica gel, and molecular sieve moisture eliminator only for some specific field like as the lithium battery and plastic industry. Of course, some other formulate molecular sieve also are used in moisture absorber and odor eliminator.

Below three modes and type are the common moisture eliminator from our factory, all of them can be customized made by honeycomb structure inside.

Honeycomb moisture eliminator working principle like as this, its regenerative function needs the hot air of 100-140 degrees Celsius, if the desiccant medium with molecular sieve, the regenerative temperature should be 140-180 degrees Celsius.

Construction and Details

This honeycomb structure extremely increase the moisture contact area in the eliminator, it can effectually do moisture and odor absorber in industrial desiccant and VOCs abatement.

All spare parts are rust resistant and high temperature resistant. And they can customized according to the service environment conditions.

The central unit of honeycomb rotor can be replacement. And the cassette box also can be customized in our factory.
