Rotary air dryers in our factory, they are desiccant wheels and desiccant rotors which made with honeycomb fiber compound with silica desiccant or molecular sieve, used in industrial desiccant dehumidify.

Rotary Air Dryers are superior desiccant unit in industrial humidity drying filed. They can make the air dew point below -40℃ even lower more. They are mainly used in removing moisture from room in pharmaceutical desiccant, lithium batteries processing, marine air desiccant, food processing, chemical industry and so on.All of our air dryers are regenerative rotary air desiccant.

They are regeneration by hot air with 100-180 degrees celsius, so they can continue to do moisture absorbing and collecting with slowly rotary at the speed of 10-12rph, this is the most clear characteristic for our rotary air dryers. So in China, we always call them by regenerative rotary air desiccant and reactive impeller dryer.

The main body of the honeycomb rotary air dryer is made of glass or ceramic fibers and organic additives, and the molecular sieve and silica gel as the basic materials through high temperature crystallization sintering, so that the surface of is hard with strong adsorption on moisture.

Three usual modes of rotary air dryer like as these, adsorption zone to desorption zone with 1:1 and adsorption zone to desorption zone with 1:3 or, cooling zone, adsorption zone and desorption zone. Different mode apply to different desiccant requirements.
