To get the good performance in vapor drying, that needs at least with two steps, vapor scrubber in cooling system, vapor absorption and moisture filter in vapor dryer. We make the rotary vapor dryer.
How to remove the vapor completely? That depends on two situations. 1, when the vapor is with high temperature, that needs vapour scrubber firstly to reduce the temperature, then, using our vapor drying to do moisture elimination. 2, when the vapor temperature is lower than 30℃, that can directly use our rotary vapor drying to reduce the humidity in the room.
Our rotary vapor drying is one kind of humidity control units in industry dehumidifying system. They made with honeycomb rotor and compound with silica or molecular sieve as the drying material. Honeycomb construction can well suck the vapor or moisture.
Moisture will be quickly absorbed by silica gel or molecular sieve when wet vapor passes through numerous holes in the honeycomb runner, so it has been completely dehumidified from the honeycomb and reaches a very low dew point of dry air which can meet many industrial desiccant vapor drying in pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical desiccant, lithium batteries, marine desiccant and so on.
Rotary vapor drying unit working principle as following, the rotor is always slowing rotates to continue absorb the moisture and then regeneration.
