The moisture separator filter from our factory, they are some desiccant rotors or wheels which are used in industrial and commercial as the dehumidification air handling units with slowly rotary mode.

Rotary moisture separator filter is with adsorption and desorption working style to do separating and filtering to the air moisture. It's regenerative and running steadily. Regeneration temperature from 100-180 degrees Celsius is for choice. Central unit of honeycomb rotor is replaceable. We are from Chinese manufacturer of honeycomb rotors in Foshan China with 15 years. We customized make all kinds of rotary moisture separator filters, like as the moisture separator for air compressor. Generally, they are one special kind of silica gel and molecular sieve compound honeycomb rotors with higher size. So they are expensive.

There are roughly two kinds of moisture adsorption medium in the honeycomb rotors, silica gel and molecular sieve. Depends on different application fields,the requirement to the air desiccant class and to the desorption temperature, silica gel and molecular sieve and good performance in moisture separator filter.

Generally, silica gel desiccant rotors desorption temperature should be around 100-120℃, if too high temperature, that will be shorten the rotors life, if too low temperature, the dehumidification performance will be much lower. For molecular sieve desiccant rotors in moisture separator filter, the desorption temperature should be 120-200℃ with better. Molecular sieve rotors are much welcomed in plastic industry dehumidifying and lithium battery industry dehumidifying.
