Inline Dehumidifier Hvac

Inline dehumidifier hvac is the commercial ducted dehumidifier, the essential character is moisture adsorption with honeycomb desiccant wheel in hvac system, regenerative by hot air with steady running.

Principle of dehumidification for Inline dehumidifier hvac, it is different with cooling dehumidifier. For inline dehumidifier, the central unit is desiccant wheel which made with ceramic or glass fiber paper impregnated with hygroscopic agent being processed into a honeycomb wheel. There are many inline ducts for ventilation in hvac system. The structure is simple, and the dew point can reach below -70℃ by special combination.

And Inline dehumidifier hvac can handle large air volume with dehumidification. Cooling dehumidifier working principle is compression and cool the humid air to separate its moisture, it is effective in the occasion of small air volume, but not suitable for large air volume processing,and cooling dehumidifier cannot meet the dehumidification requirement of dew point with lower 10℃.

Inline dehumidifier hvac is recommended used in commercial ducted dehumidifier in fresh air conditioning system, like as in food processing, pharmaceutical, batteries industry, chemical plant, paint line etc.

Whatever it is fresh air, return air or combination air conditioning dehumidification system, inline dehumidifier hvac working principle is roughly like as following, the central units of desiccant wheel play the most important roles in this HVAC system.

The influence of air parameters on the dehumidification performance of inline dehumidifier, there are three points need to take into consideration. 1, the air need to be filtered the dust otherwise it will clog the honeycomb holes in desiccant wheel consequently result in moisture separator low efficiency. 2, regenerative hot air temperature should be around 110℃, too low temperature, it is not good in dehumidification performance, too high temperature, it is will shorten the desiccant wheel service life. 3, in some super desiccant air requirement maybe that need add the pretreated in cooling to the fresh air.

Construction and Details

Glass fiber honeycomb nest is the base raw material of desiccant wheel in inline dehumidifier hvac. The hygroscopic medium is silica PPM or custom.
